Hi! I’m Karishma. I was originally born in Santiago, Chile. My mother is from India and my father is from Chile so I have a mix of two cultures! I moved to the United States as a young girl when I was 8 years old. All my life I knew I wanted to run my own business. I came across this opportunity 4 years ago right out of high school. Throughout my training, I have learned to overcome personal and professional challenges to keep moving towards my goals. I got promoted to executive management in 2019. I have been running my own business for 2 years and counting. My main focus now is to help my team grow and reach their personal and professional goals just like I did and to keep setting and maintaining high standards for myself.

My name is Amber Garcia. I have been working as a Human Resources Specialist for the past 3 years. I am in charge of overseeing the recruiting in our company.
